Meridian offers custom engineered skirted silo solutions for all plastic handling with a variety of cone angles to promote smooth, even discharge of resins, powders, pellets and flakes. Meridian meets the needs of customers in this market with a product that is cleaned and powder coated to eliminate contaminates, and is completely sealed prior to delivery.

Meridian’s skirted blending silos use an interior welded channel cone to homogenize product to ensure consistent throughput of plastic pellets.

• Fully skirted w/ louvered single or double man door

• Legged option with load cell pads

• Commercial grade fully sealed slide gates and butterfly valves – Pneumatic and electric actuators available

• Custom flanges/ports/couplings provided for your equipment

• Aluminum or Stainless Steel fill pipe with camlock and dust cap

• All welded steel construction with no interior seams or bolts

• Fully powder coated polyester exterior and interior – Epoxy and food grade approved coating available

• 45 and 60 cone degrees – custom angles available

• Gravity blending cones
